Having a training partner will help you stay motivated because they'll help you stay on track if you ever get lazy and want to quit. In return, you should help them stay motivated as well, that way will both you guys can reach your muscle goals faster.

How to Build Muscle Quick Tip #2 - Mass Up on Protein

Protein makes up a majority of what are body is composed of. Your body needs to break down the protein into amino acids which will allow your muscles to heal, repair, and grow more muscle tissue. That's why if you're not consuming a lot of protein, you won't see any sizable results any time soon. You can find natural protein in protein shakes or any type of meat such as beef, ham, chicken, turkey, etc. You'll want to make sure that these things have barely to no saturated fat because you don't want any love handles, you just want the stuff that will help you generate your muscle growth as best as possible.

How to Build Muscle Quick Tip #3 - Push Your Muscles to Train Harder

Instead of doing more reps and less weight, go one step further if you feel comfortable with that routine. Weight training isn't about being in a comfort zone. It's about pushing your muscles in a way where you basically never feeling comfortable. If you can do 3 sets of 8 reps, add 10 more pounds and do 3 sets of 4-6 reps. This will tear your muscles more, forcing it to adjust to the new pressure. When you head home and take rest, your muscles tissue will have more to heal, allowing you to build muscle quicker.

If you only use these tips on how to build muscle quick for a routine of a couple of days, you won't see anything. But push further... say a couple weeks down the line, and you'll start see your body getting thicker, bigger, and more ripped.
